Pizza time π
The boy really enjoys cooking and we both love pizza, so I decided to make some pizza with him tonight. I used Trader Joe’s pre-prepped dough from the refrigerated section. I skipped the fresh basil, tomatoes and garlic in favor of Trader Joe’s refrigerated bruschetta. Sebi was so thrilled to get all floured up and roll out the dough to about 12″ diameter. We scooped on the bruschetta and sprinkled a mix of shredded sharp cheddar and finely shredded mozzarella over the tomatoes. Finishing touch was to brush the oil from the remaining bruschetta over the crust. We popped it in the oven for double the time listed on the pizza dough packaging until the cheese bubbled and the crust was golden brown. According to the toddler, “this pizza is delish!!!” With extra enthusiasm.
